In 2009, I was due to have Jack on Halloween, so I didn't dress up. I passed out candy and looked like this:
(You know, the "pregnant and barefoot in the kitchen" look.)
Halloween 2010 is a blur. I really don't remember dressing up. Adam was in Arsenic and Old Lace, which showed on Halloween (if I remember correctly), and I think I just attended the show that night while Liz babysat Jack. Adam looked like this:

This year, Jack is finally old enough to dress up (and eat candy), and our ward does a big Trunk-or-Treat and chili cookoff. I'm actually getting excited this time around, because we can all dress up and actually DO something (and I'm not about to give BIRTH!).
Adam decided to go dressed as this guy:
Which reminds me a lot of Adam dressed as Puck last year in A Midsummer Night's Dream:
Just add some chops, a wife beater, and some... blades? That part will be tricky.
So the question is, what should I be for Halloween this year? I sure do love to dress up. Here are my ideas, thanks to Pinterest:
Rogue...
Or Little Red Riding Hood...
Or Mary Poppins!
I know, my ideas are all over the place. What do you think?

I think you would be an adorable Mary Poppins! I love that idea!
ReplyDeleteI am also partial to the Mary Poppins Costume I think you would be adorable.
ReplyDeleteI bought a Mary Poppins costume years ago and love it. Good luck deciding. :)
ReplyDeleteMARY POPPINS! MARY POPPINS! Because you would rock it and because Jack would be the perfect accessory, ha ha.
ReplyDeleteThat is so funny Darc! I was planning on being Mary Poppins this year and Nate might be a chimney sweeper! We thought it would go well with being in London, since it was filmed here.....We are going to be Halloween twins!
